Novelties 4 Parties were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond their call of duty to help me with an urgent request for a costume. No other company I contacted were half as helpful and N4P saved my event. I would recommend using these guys for all of your fancy dress requirements and I will definitely be using them again.
