Website Problems

Our website at Novelties 4 Parties has been designed by us, based on your feedback. We continually strive to improve the site based on the feedback we get from you. The latest site has several innovative ideas suggested by customers and more great features are on the way.

We have tried to ensure the site looks good and works well in as many browsers as possible, but we do recommend you use either the rather good Firefox browser, or Internet Explorer 6 or above.

However, we are only human, so if you do find a problem with the website, let us know and we'll do our best to resolve any issues.

Problems with Cookies

You may experience problems with our site when you try to buy items. These are usually to do with how you have setup your security settings in your web browser.

If you have set your Security Settings in Internet Explorer to 'High' you have disabled cookies. Our site uses cookies to provide some features such as the Shopping Cart and My Account. To use the site you will need to set the "Security Level for the Internet" to Medium (under Tools/Internet Options). This is for "Safe browsing but still functional". Alternatively you can add Iwantoneofthose.com to your list of trusted sites.

Please also ensure that your computer's date and time are correct as this can sometimes effect the functioning of the website.
